Based on Eco Living the resort offers a lot but removes you from so much with no TV in the room and limiting the Wifi to the main lobby and restaurant areas for daytime use it gives you the opportunity to explore other avenues of entertainment. Flanked by rice fields a mountains there’s breathtaking views in all directions.
From Fern Eco Resort you can put your walking shoes on and take a 7km walk through the forest, there’s a shorter track also. As dogs guide you along the trail you’ll have companionship. Fern Eco Resort has serval dogs that were once strays and now serve as loyal members of the team here at the lodge. Their calm nature is adorable and there were a couple of them that I would love to have taken home.
For those who love aquatics Fern Eco Resort has a swimming pool, it’s not heated so in the cooler months your going to be freezing certain body parts. Better to be playing a friendly game of boules on the court next to the pool.
There is a complimentary bus service the runs to Mae Hong Son, so if you wish to take on the night markets the last bus to town departs at 1700 and returns to the resort at 2130. The drop off and pick up point in May Hong Son is as the Fern Restaurant, yes the resort he’s a large restaurant is town that is world famous for its fine cuisine.
