Australia – Pronounced by the locals as “Aus-Traaaa – le-ya”.

We made this place home sine 2005 and to become what we call  “True – Blue” Australian you need to understand the local language.

I remember by Brother in-law trying to learn the language to come and live here, he really struggled to get to grips with English. So it came as no surprise that I needed to give him a little bit of a hand.

I told him to take a look at the flowing link in an email that I sent him while he was still in Russia learning about this Great Southern Land.  It’s strange that I didn’t hear from him in a while…

Apparently I got him totally confused. As with many tourists who flock here each year.

Trust me “Gidday Mate” it just the beginning of what goes on Downunder.
